“great cost benefit, feels like a Hayyat catgory 3 or 4”
I've Stayed at thi property multiple times. In fact this particular property is one of the better "Hyatt place" compared to other category 1 hotels in USA & Europe. “One of the more luxurious Hyatt Place experience”
This is one of their more luxurious Hyatt "Place" hotels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the location is excellent - as literally across from the best Mall in this city and the free breakfast was complete and very good too, as well as restaurant thru out the day

“The best”
We just love this place, Very clean, great staff, the best location , right in front the shopping center Iguatemi, a walking away. You can have fine dinner at Coco Bamboo and the best drinks 🍹 . Very convenient to go to the airport. We recommend this charming hotel for a nice vacation.

“Nice hotel with friendly staff”
Nice hotel on a good location near a mall with many restaurants. Friendly staff. As English speaking staff is not common, a good translation app will be very helpful. The staff understands this.

“Super-convenient for early flights.”
Usual Hyatt luxury. Super-convenient for early flights. I WISH they would put coat/jacket hooks in the entry hall to the rooms, so when you leave quickly in the a.m. to catch your flight, you don't have to deal with hangers. Also, no make-up removal kit in the bathroom, but a scale that didn't work… more
