A good hotel in a rather quiet and safe neighbourhood in Sao Paulo. The room was fine and spacious, the A/C was powerful. Everything was clean, the breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a restaurant, but there are other restaurants nearby. A very good value for money. Very friendly staff.

Providing service in São Paulo is, one must admit, something of a fine art — and often performed with excellence that borders on theatrical. The city’s hotels carry on this proud tradition, staffed by the ever-charming, impeccably polite, and effortlessly helpful. I stayed here on a work-related visit, during which I allowed myself the indulgence of a little personal review. The location is, shall we say, “well considered”: moderately close to the convention centre and to lively districts, with their glamorous malls and nightlife. Walking there, however, would require heroic determination — or a disregard for urban geography. A car is, quite simply, non-negotiable. The apartment itself is vast — practically a ballroom. The bed, delightfully comfortable; the cleanliness, impeccable. The bathroom offers a wonderfully refreshing shower and amenities that turn the morning routine into a spa ritual. Breakfast is generous, delicious, and attended by prompt, smiling staff. Everything promised a perfect stay… until reality decided to hum along — quite literally. A persistent noise, charmingly consistent through the night and early morning, revealed an acoustic design best suited to those who appreciate background symphonies. I reported it to reception, yet, in a twist of cruel irony, my complaint was not heard — neither metaphorically nor acoustically. I regret this deeply. And given the endless array of excellent alternatives in São Paulo, I shall, with polite reluctance, decline a return visit. Next time, I’ll seek my night’s rest elsewhere — ideally in blessed silence.

Hotel is ok but nothing special- rather a 3* business hotel. Depending on the person attending you staff varies in between ok and good. Check in was horrible as they didn't speak English. Hotel is ok but nothing special- rather a 3* business hotel. Depending on the person attending you staff varies in between ok and good. Check in was horrible as they didn't speak English. Check out worked really well as the person was well trained and capable of communicating in English. Rooms are nice but could get cleaned a bit better. Breakfast ok but not good. Restaurant not very good and you should search outside (not too many options in area nearby though). Gym is bad. Internet in my room (I had the last room on the floor) didn't work the whole week so I needed to use my cellphone hotspot). If you want to be for several days for doing business it's ok. If you want to have nice vacations- better pick a different hotel.
