The hotel is tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac in the very upscale Jardins neighborhood, which makes it feel private while still being centrally located. Check-in was warm and courteous. When I mentioned my Hilton Diamond status, there was initially a system error showing me as a Silver member, but the team corrected it promptly and generously upgraded me twice to a one bedroom suite, which was much appreciated. The suite itself is very spacious with tasteful, modern décor. What truly stood out was the bathroom layout. The toilet and shower are in separate glass compartments, and the bathtub feels custom built deep (around 2.5 feet), luxurious, and perfect for unwinding. It does take a bit of time to fill, but it’s absolutely worth it. The hotel even provides bath salts and bubble bath, which elevated the experience. Breakfast was included with my Diamond status and was more than ample. There was a good egg station with made to order options, a solid selection of breads and cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit platters, cold cuts, cheeses, and excellent coffee and espresso. Fresh fruit juices were also available. Service across the hotel was exceptional. The staff, especially at reception and during breakfast were consistently courteous, attentive, and accommodating. Their hospitality genuinely made my four night business stay feel effortless and enjoyable. One area for improvement would be room service, where the menu felt quite limited. Expanding the options would significantly enhance the overall experience. Overall, Canopy São Paulo is an excellent choice for business travelers seeking comfort, attentive service, and a high-end neighborhood setting.

I spent 5 nights here recently and overall was generally pleased with the hotel. The standout was the hotel restaurant. Had many great meals here and the daily breakfast buffet was very nice. Rooms were also spacious. I was upgraded to a suite and it felt like an apartment. Plenty of bathroom amenities as well...I don't think I've ever seen so many before. Room was also clean and the bed comfortable, if not a bit firm. Location isn't bad, but isn't the best either. You're a good 10-15 min walk uphill to Paulista Avenue in the Jardins neighborhood.....mostly residential in this area with some restaurants here and there. Safety didn't seem to be an issue, although I only walked around during the day. Price was also good, as there are many more expensive options in the neighborhood, just expect to walk or take an Uber around the city.
