“Nice boutique hotel”
This is a high rise boutique style hotel with a restaurant in the lobby. There is free wifi throughout the building. A short walk away there are parks and a large shopping mall. It seems like a safe area.

“Good hotel, but need some improvement”
Although in Higienópolis, a nice neighborhood, location is not good, since you don't many options around. Approximately 10 minutes walk from Patio Higienópolis mall. “Not as good at it seems at first”
The location helps, but the room itself is quite disappointing. Bed and toilet (both places where you probably gonna spend some time in your room) have issues. Really small bed and the toilet is squeezed between the shower box and the sink. During my stay Internet was quite bad as well.
