“Good value for money but nothing special”
Considering the price and location, this is a good place. However toilets must be made nicer, and beds too. It is basically clean, but overall feeling is not nice, as towels are not clean and the floor.

“Basic place”
This is a basic hotel, that is good for spending a single night. Free wifi, but no kitchen to make use of. 10 minutes walk from the nearest subway station. If you are 2 people, they only have rooms with a rather small double bed; no twin beds. 3/5.
