What an incredible experience we had over the last six days at your property. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we were treated like truly welcomed guests in every aspect of our stay. The front desk team was outstanding — attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to assist at every turn. The same can be said for the hospitality team at the restaurant and bar, who delivered warm, seamless service at any time of day. Our room couldn’t have been any nicer, featuring a beautifully appointed bathroom ( great shower) and a fully stocked minibar. It was refreshed daily to perfection, always returning to a spotless and welcoming space. We will certainly be staying here again on our next visit to town.

This is a great hotel. We stayed here 4 nights from Dec 28, 2025 to Jan 1, 2026. The location is very convenient to Paulista Avenue with lots of food and shopping options. The rooftop pool area is a perfect place to relax. There’s a really nice restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel staff are all fantastic & made everything easy for us. In particular, Mikaele in the breakfast service was amazing & took very good care of us. As a diamond with Hilton, this was my favorite stay of the year & a top 3 hotel of the past 5 years. This is an extremely well run hotel that we highly recommend.

I think what makes a hotel amazing is it’s the people: staff! Their happiness to be there to serve - Qoya São Paulo Paulista, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 4-star hotel well located in an expensive area / neighborhood. I liked the modern, well-kept rooms, the equipped gym and pool on the 12th floor and the amazingly friend staff. We had such a blast! Was my brother birthday and they were eager to send us personal cards and even a slice of delicious cake! They were accommodating with our check in as well. Very personal client -customer relationship which I appreciated.

“Convenience and Comfort Steps from Paulista”

The hotel is in a very good location, just a five minute walk from Paulista Shopping Mall, which makes it convenient for both business and leisure. The hotel is in a very good location, just a five minute walk from Paulista Shopping Mall, which makes it convenient for both business and leisure. Reception is located on the first floor, and there’s an excellent Brazilian restaurant on the ground floor, which is a nice bonus. Check in was smooth, and I was allowed to check in early in the morning most likely thanks to my Hilton Diamond status. The room was decent but smaller than expected. It felt a bit tight overall, including the bathroom. For a solo traveler it’s perfectly fine, but for a couple, I’d recommend either upsizing the room category or considering another hotel nearby such as Canopy or Hilton. Breakfast was good with the usual spread of sliced fruits, breads, cheeses, salamis, cakes, and eggs. What stood out positively was the à la carte menu, where you can order items like omelets, oatmeal, waffles, fresh juices, and a proper selection of coffee, which adds flexibility and quality to the experience. The gym was acceptable, but I wasn’t a fan of the large glass windows, which made the space hot due to direct sun exposure. There is also a pool and spa on site, though the spa appeared to be closed even during advertised operating hours, which was disappointing. Overall, Qoya São Paulo is a solid choice, especially given its location. Best suited for solo travelers or short stays where convenience and access to Paulista are the main priorities.
