“Great hotel in safe area with good breakfast”
The hotel was really great, the staff was very friendly, the neighborhood is safe and you can go to nearby restaurants at night. “Quaint Neighborhood Hotel”
We stayed just one night here as we were in town for a friend's birthday party. The check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and the continental breakfast was good, although nothing special. “convenient location”
Transamerica executive perdizes is well located, clean, fair breakfast, but a little pricy. there is a parking lot, but it's not included in the price. It's an 18-floor building and the two lifts sometimes aren't enouth in busy times.

“Visita en Avril 2022”
Needs to be remodelled. Its a bit run down. Initially had no safety box (installed after multiple complaints). Bed sheets not changed during 16 days!!!. Breakfast simple but OK. Very friendly and helpful staff.
