“Great service !”
We were so tired from a long car ride and Flavio at reception was wonderful. He gave us a great room, had a smile on the entire time. He truly understands customer service! Thank you. Super trip. Highly recommend you deal with Flavio if you have the chance.

“Great place to entertain the kids and allow parents to relax”
Hotel Fazenda SAN Moritz is a great place among a florest. It is a simple place because really look like a farm, but is very comfortable and have lots of entertainment but mantaing the calm and peaceful

This is a traditional, all inclusive "farm hotel". Over 70 years old, so some of the rooms are old fashioned, depending on where you stay, but incredibly clean.
