“Great reception staff”
Staff spoke English which was a bonus. Everyone was extremely helpful. Room as expected and clean. It had breakfast which was fresh and plentiful. Well located for everything we wanted and in walking distance.

“Ibis is Ibis”
Ibis is always a guarantee that the place will be clean and pretty easy to access. The rooms, or at least our room, was little out of date and small, but clean towels and linen are always welcome. Walking distance to fun night area where there's live music, good restaurantes and bars.

“Good hotel with lousy bathroom”
I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Vitoria to work. I really like the rooms. But the negative is the bathroom. Very mapped and uncomfortable. In the rooms they should have a small refrigerator.
