“The furniture was brand new and the appartment was very clean”
Good option for a pleasure or business. Looks like a brand new hotel. The price is very honest. The appartments are very clean. Very good option for know famous Blumenau gastro-beer-feasts. “Nice staff”
Visiting Blumenau for my first time, Damiana is very nice person and professional taking care of all my questions. Walkable location!! Really recommend if you wanna stay close to downtown and an enormous mall

“Good price and good breakfast”
Taking into consideration the proximity of Oktoberfest, the price was reasonable. The beds were quite comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after a night-out. Breakfast was a plus. Definitely I would stay here again.

“Ibis like”
This is a small Brazilian chain of mid priced hotels that looks they are trying to be a tiny bit better than Ibis at a tiny bit lower price. The problem is, Ibis is pretty consistent. This is just different enough, without being better, to be irritating.
