It was not the first time I was in the hotel, but the staff now is so awesome! They really made me and my wife feel home and talked to us like friends, politely but without that "awkward" formal behaviour. The rooms are bit old, but yet so comfortable and complete. The breakfast is simple but very well prepared. The kitchen service is also something nice. The gym is small but with good equipments, just beside a small pool. The place is near to several groceries (if you want to cook on your own - yes, you can also do it in your room), to plazas Ruy Barbosa and Oswaldo Cruz - where you can do sports -, to Curitiba and Estação malls and to several bars where you can know the Brazilian way in the south of the country. We will certainly return. Congratulations for the great staff!

The hotel is well located. You have a shopping mall a block and a half away. Breakfast was very nice, with a good variety. The room side was huge for the price paid. As it has kind off living room (where if you stay with a family, you can use as another extra bedroom). Perhaps, the hotel needs some maintenance, as few things in the bathroom mainly, looks not too good.

“A fair price”

Accommodation is ok overall, pretty practical and a bit rough (especially toiletries). But convenient given the price. Locations is great - easy access to different parts of the town. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, though - could be better quality.

I really enjoyed the spacious apartment, with an ample living room, an adatped kitchen, then a detached bedroom. Great if you have kids and want to watch TV in the bedroom while they sleep in the living room. the service was great, no problems at all. The breakfast was a suprise, they have a few tables set in a patio which is very nice in bright days. The food served in the breakfast was also great, with fruits, cereals, cakes, breads and so on. The only complain is the mattress. Not very comfortable so I´m afraid I would not have spent more than 2 or 3 nights there. My recommendation is to check the quality of all mattress, i could´ve been unlucky as i did not ask to change the room since I only stayed for one night.

The hotel is not fancy but it is fairly maintained. The rooms are very big (they seem more like an apartment than a hotel room). The only problem is that the AC was a bit loud (particulary the one in the living room). Location is great. Close to several restaurants and stores. Staff is good as well. Breakfast is OK, although sometimes it is difficult to get a table (the space is kind of limited and becomes crowded during peak hours). Good price-value in Batel.
