Charming B&B with nice clean and comfortable rooms in the Lagoa de Conceicao area in Florianopolis. Sandro, the inn keeper, is fluent in English, very friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast is simple but good (ham, cheese, breads, cereal, fruits). The inn is a short walk from the center of Lagoa and is in a much more charming and tranquil setting than the pousadas on the main drag. The front rooms have nice mountain and farm views . Mole beach is a short bus ride away - or walkable although the hill is somewhat steep (but relatively easy to walk back from Mole beach as it is mostly downhill - handy on busy weekend summer days which can get bogged down with traffic). The Thai restaurant nearby is also excellent and a romantic venue. All in all I really enjoyed staying at this B&B. Enough in fact to encourage me to write my first trip adviser review! Yeah SKIP THOSE LOSERS! I was tryin to be nice, yet they tried to mess with the bike rental company eg their neighbors, so don’t expect to be treated fairly there. Where do I start: The place is basic and these guys are clueless, yet with enviable attitude Of ignorance giving orders rules etc, none of which are enforceable and are all against the law in Brasil. Poorly maintained place, bed broke on sitting on it. In the AM I told them and they went to fix it. pulled the plug of the adaptor in such a way that manager to bend the prongs 90 degrees and pulled the cable of the extension strip in such a way that it dragged and broke a battery and the rest down. Not even a sorry after i told them. had they broken the Apple Watch that was connected they were looking at 600 GBP damage the watch alone. I paid for a room with balcony with a view and got a view to the back yard with a fence, there is 3 cm space between the doors so good luck air conditioning the place, also all the nocturnal critters get in easily. the Wi-fi is not setup correctly, so the coverage is usable in the middle of the floor, in the rooms forget it. Pela reposta que eles deram pra meu marido parece que eles não sabem como lidar com clientes ou receber críticas, obviamente são muito novos nisso ... também devo ressaltar que as “regras” que tem colocado nas portas que não são exequíveis de nenhuma maneira, ainda mais os processadores de pagamentos podem usar isto pra razões suficientes pra reverter os pagamentos completamente. Eu não acho que precisa nesse caso mas se eles tratassem de aplicar, vc nem precisa chamar PROCON, seu banco vai cancelar imediatamente.
