Positive Points: - The crew from the reception to all cleaners are wonderful. - The breakfast is good overall and I really liked the fresh juices. - The swimming pool is amazing and has a very clean water with a good water temperature. - The location is little far from city center if you want to walk there, but has good distance to waterfalls, natural park and airport of Foz Do Iguacu and also there is shopping mall nearby the hotel. - The room AC was very good. Negative Points: -There was no safety box in the rooms and I kept my valuable things with reception. - The hotel building is little old and has two floor which doesn't have elevator. - There was no shampoo in the rooms! just some solid soaps! - There was no Kettle, glasses, plates, knife in the room which having these stuff in the room is necessary. -There was no hair dryer in the room and we had to ask from reception to bring it in the room!

The best thing about this hotel was the excellent front-desk service I received (from a middle-aged, bald man of average height). He knew how to get everywhere and what everything should cost. He delivered excellent service. I give the hotel a 3 and not a 2 because of him. The hotel was located across the street from the very good churrascaria, Rafain. I arrived before "the show" and enjoyed a very good meal with good service. Begin on the south end of Foz, it's a short drive from Argentina, the airport, and the cataratas. A convenient public bus, leaving every half hour, serves the airport and cataratas. The hotel was a little dormitory-like: my room had two double beds and one single bed. I walked up one flight of stairs to the second floor, and then proceeded down an equal number of steps to reach my room, at the end of a long corridor (leading toward the avenida). As common in low-end hotels in South America, the beds had neither mattress cover nor fitted lower sheets. The foam pillows were terrible...but the hotel was clean. The view from the room was into a brick wall. The hotel was a little noisy because the hallways were tile and the doors were hollow. All the outlets were Brazil-style only; no adapters were available to borrow or buy at the front desk. (I plugged my phone into the TV and left the TV on all night to charge my phone.) At $72, the hotel was not a good value. Admittedly, the was the price I found on booking.com after most other hotels in the city were unavailable. It could be a fair value for five people staying in one room.
