“Excellent location”
I’ve stayed there for two days. The location is perfect (neighbor Ibirapuera) close to the park, gymnasium, restaurants, and about 800m from a beautiful shopping center (May 13th). “Just a hotel...”
Good location, spacious rooms, clean rooms, not bad breakfast - and that's all regarding advantages. Disadvantages: old, dirty gym; low sleep quality (the central part of the hotel is an open space, so there is noise everywhere). Staff-average.

It's okay for a basic hotel, just the minimum amenities, and 24 hour front desk. I stay here a lot for business and it serves the purpose, it's in a good area. “Decent business hotel in Sao Paulo”
The hotel is in a good location, and had very good conference facilities. The hotel's lifts (elevators) are reminiscent of 1950s art Deco style.
