“Pleasant Stay, But Too Many Issues That Need Addressing”

Overall, we had a pleasant experience at this hotel, but there were too many ongoing issues that negatively affected our stay. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked, but the unit in the sitting room was broken from the day we arrived. An engineer told us it was out of gas and couldn’t be fixed until an external company was called—but it was never repaired. Other guests had the same complaint. There was also a leak in our bathroom from the room above. Despite reporting it several times, it took multiple reminders before anything was done. The dining area and corridors had no air conditioning, making meals uncomfortable in 36°C heat. This level of discomfort in shared spaces really isn't acceptable. Housekeeping was inconsistent—our beds were often not made unless we asked. Even worse, the mattresses were stained, with what appeared to be old blood. This was very off-putting and should have been addressed with proper cleaning or replacement. Restaurant service was slow, and we frequently had to ask for tables to be cleared. There was also a lack of vegetarian food options, and the limited selection quickly became repetitive and boring. There was no help with luggage at check-in or check-out, and you have to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs before reaching the lift, which is difficult without assistance. Finally, the pipes from the air conditioning units were leaking water onto the communal stairs outside, creating a slipping hazard. With water constantly dripping, it felt unsafe—someone could easily have fallen. While we did enjoy parts of our stay, the combination of maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, slow service, safety hazards, and lack of vegetarian food made the experience disappointing overall. There is a lot of room for improvement.

We really liked the location. The Resort is near to the beach, which is really nice and has a fine sand. Another good thing is the size of the room. Excellent! We did not like that there was cleaning done in the room only one day out of seven. It was very difficult to speak to people there as only few of them were speaking English. The selection of food was very poor! There is only one type of soup and most of the time there was lack of cutlery. there is a parking in the location, but no places, so you have to park somewhere outside. i believe this choice was perfect and ....free!
