“First time in Bulgaria”
Arrived at the reception was greated with a very warm welcome and a glass of champagne, was quickly booked in and was taking to our room by the concierge, it was late but found they had put sandwiches fruit cake 2 bottles of water, inside the fridge there was 2 cans of soda and 2 cans of beer which… more

“Do not book this hotel at the end of the season”
We arrived on 16 September 2025 for a two week all inclusive holiday. The first week was very good, a lovely clean hotel, nice food (although cold) and good entertainment. It then went downhill.
