“Wonderful first time visit”
The staff couldn't be friendlier. Their English is better than my Bulgarian but between us we sorted out a broken toaster, the nearby attractions and the use of security key gob to enter from the rear (the front always seemed manned). I stayed there for 5 days from 4th of September and after reading bad reviews I wasn't expecting much but honestly we couldn't fault it at all .we were given fresh towels every day plenty of toilet roll sheets were changed twice and apartment cleaned daily if you wanted it . “Bulgaria holiday cheap and cheerfully”
Rooms very clean. Cleaners in every day to clean wash floors change towels. No staff on site no pool attendance. No pool refreshments nothing at all. No one around if you had a problem.
