The hotel was beautiful! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly kind – from the manager and receptionists to the chefs, housekeeping staff, and the gentleman by the pool who provided fresh towels. Everything was spotless, and the rooms were cleaned every day. The animation team was friendly and entertaining. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. Some of the meals were repeated occasionally, but it is understandable that it is difficult to come up with completely new dishes every day. There were also themed dinners – on Saturday, for example, there was a Mediterranean evening, and the shrimp and salmon were absolutely delicious! The only thing I missed was fresh fruit at the snack bar – apples, watermelon, peaches, etc. I also would have appreciated better drink options. The available choices were mainly water or post-mix soft drinks. Fresh juice or flavored water with mint, lemon, or cucumber would have been a great addition. The pool was refreshing, and the coffee was excellent! The beach was just a short walk away, and the little train to Nessebar stops right across the road, only a few steps from the hotel. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday!

Diamant Residence is a comfortable and accommodating hotel offering many amenities, such as a spa and a pool. The staff is generally cooperative; however, communication is sometimes difficult due to limited English proficiency among some employees, which occasionally led to awkward situations. Most of the workers were also surprisingly indifferent and seemed like they did not want to be there. The hotel rooms were comfortable, though the air conditioning was ineffective and the toilet had some issues. Aside from that, the rooms were well-maintained and cozy. The food was surprisingly dry and low-quality for a so-called 4-star hotel, although the variety certainly isn't lacking. The entertainment department was exceptional—especially Max—and I enjoyed the activities they hosted. Overall, the main drawback was communication with staff and poor quality of the food; otherwise, it was a good experience
