“Brilliant time”
We visited hotel karolina on the 4th of July. This was our first visit to Bulgaria. All the receptionist staff where very lovely and friendly and most of all helpful. First impressions were very good, our room was clean and it was my partners bday so they had put a bottle of wine in our room. We were all inc. never had any problems with any of the meals.
