The hotel is extremely clean, which is one of its strongest points. Rooms very spacious and common areas are kept spotless, with daily housekeeping and regular replacement of essentials such as toilet paper. Guests generally receive whatever they request, and service is attentive. It is a family-run hotel, and the owners are almost always present and visible. The owner is very friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. However, although the owner’s wife tries to appear friendly, she can come across as somewhat unwelcoming and overly observant. Because the family spends a lot of time in shared areas, guests may occasionally feel a lack of privacy, and a more relaxed approach would improve the atmosphere. We visited before high season and buffet breakfast was closed .Breakfast is included in the price, but the current setup feels quite limited and rigid. It is mainly based on variations of a full English breakfast or scrambled eggs. A better approach would be to offer one standard English breakfast plate where guests can simply choose what they want included, instead of having several slightly different versions. Toast should be added automatically without needing to request it. At the moment, the owner takes individual breakfast orders, which can feel a bit formal and awkward for guests. A small self-service buffet would be a much better solution, allowing guests to choose freely what they want. This would make breakfast feel more relaxed and comfortable. Adding a continental option with yoghurt, pastries, cereals, and fruit would also significantly improve the offering. A coffee and tea machine is available during breakfast hours but is closed afterwards. The hotel also has a restaurant open to both guests and external visitors. Unfortunately, the lack of background music and the presence of posters inviting in make the place feel less inviting from the street. This likely discourages walk-in guests, which is a shame because the pizza and food in general are actually very tasty and well prepared. Guests can purchase drinks, coffee, tea, cocktails, and pizza throughout the day. Pizza can also be delivered to rooms, although there is a small additional charge for the takeaway box. Facilities include useful amenities such as an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and air conditioning. However, the air conditioning cannot be set below 25°C, which may not be comfortable for everyone. The swimming pool is clean but quite cold, although still usable. There are plenty of sun loungers with comfortable cushions available. The location is convenient, with shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby, and the beach is around a 10–15 minute walk away. One noticeable aspect is the number of notices at reception regarding fines for damages, stains, and other issues, as well as reminders about noise restrictions after 10 p.m. While understandable as rules, the overall impression feels a bit strict. The atmosphere throughout the hotel can feel quite quiet and formal, mainly due to the absence of background music, although some subtle Bulgarian music would improve the ambience significantly. Overall, it is a very clean, functional, and reasonably priced hotel with good food and helpful service, but with a slightly more relaxed atmosphere and small improvements to breakfast and guest interaction, it could offer a much warmer experience.
