Visited Mena palace for the first time in September 2024.Overall the hotel is great,very clean and only about a 5 minute walk from the beach.Its only about a 25 minute drive from the airport so when you land in Burgas it’s only a short commute.The food is great too,in the mornings you can essentially get a full English breakfast.This hotel is perfect if you’re travelling with children too due to the huge pool they have,children’s play ground and mini golf course.The staff are super friendly, especially Viktoria at the bar whose a very hardworking and lovely lady.If you’re looking for a place to stay in sunny beach Bulgaria then I’d highly recommend Mena palace hotel.

I went with my friend for her birthday. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially our favourite Todor, whom was very attentive and made our experience very pleasant. additionally the security was excellent. Nikolay made us feel very safe as we are two young women. the waiters were efficient aswell as smiley. Georgi the receptionist was lovely and outgoing. the ambiance was lively and very close to the strip. the customers were also very nice. the rooms had AC which was a need. our only criticism is that the bar should have stayed open later.

“Not a 4 star hotel!”

So the hotel is nice enough, staff friendly and helpful, generally clean and the food and drinks aren't bad considering it's all inclusive but there is no way this is a 4 star hotel, it's aged and dated.... good points are the staff, drinks and convenient location, the rooms are OK but ours (202) … more

So the hotel is nice enough, staff friendly and helpful, generally clean and the food and drinks aren't bad considering it's all inclusive but there is no way this is a 4 star hotel, it's aged and dated.... good points are the staff, drinks and convenient location, the rooms are OK but ours (202) had mould in the shower, cracked tiles, leaking shower screen and the ac is nothing but a fan with no cooling effect. But by far the biggest issue is the lack of shared space, there are by far not enough sunbeds, (roughly 100 for a hotel with maybe 400 rooms? ) same goes for seating at meal times just not enough seats especially when kids sit alone on a table to avoid sitting with their parents. Hotel is ok as a base but needs some investment and the cook needs to eeason the food.
