Hotel Panorama is a great small hotel located just minutes from the beaches and harbour of Sveti Vlas. The hotel is immaculately clean throughout, rooms are large and functional with modern (if small) bathroom with shower, Some rooms have been refurbished and all have balcony with a small table and 2 chairs (the ones at the front of the hotel have a great direct sea view) There is no lift but only 2 flights of stairs to the top floor to get the best views from the balconies. The food is good and plentiful but not a great deal of choice, with only 2 main course options, but always soup, pasta and a selection of salads and sweets. The staff and waitresses are always smiling and saying hello especialy Anastasia who is on the ball keeping the dining area tidy. The swimming pool is a good size and sunbeds are always avaiable as well as parasols if you want some shade. Only 2 small drawbacks, there are no cushions on the sunbeds which get a little uncomfortable after a period of time, and jugs of cold water are not provided with the evening meal, I am sure that if these 2 items are provided that people would be happy to "pay just a little bit more"

The hotel was immaculately clean. The owner regularly checked the water condition of the pool and it was cleaned every morning. Our bedrooms were cleaned every day and beds and towels changed regularly. The food was good especially the salads of which there was a good selection along with other starters. There was usually a choice of 2 main courses plus fruit and cake. The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful and many of the guests had been going back to the hotel for over 15 years which I think speaks for itself. I would definitely recommend

“Quiet area - nice beaches and lovely people.”

Room was small, bathroom was too. We were on the 3rd floor and there wasn’t a lift. Room service was every other day, clean and tidy throughout the entire property. Room was small, bathroom was too. We were on the 3rd floor and there wasn’t a lift. Room service was every other day, clean and tidy throughout the entire property. There were a couple of slightly damaged sunbeds, not too bad but enough to make it quite uncomfortable after an hour or so. Maybe invest in some sunbed covers!!! Plenty of them around the pool area though. The breakfast was not bad, boiled eggs every other day and scrambled eggs on the other. Coffee was not nice and we bought some in a local supermarket. Evening meal was not great, every night there were two typical plates with the different options, we had to advise which one we wanted and the girl appeared with it from the kitchen. If you didn’t want either then you could just go and get a small salad assortment- maybe some simple pasta dish. There was always a soup option and it was passable to eat. No drinks available on the evening meal- you could buy some at the bar. A short walking distance to clean beaches and a big supermarket, which is next to the bus stop that has frequent services to the resort of Sunny Beach and the beautiful island of Nessebar, which is a must see place where tourists flock to see some original Bulgarian houses that are deemed as a unesco heritage site. We also visited Sunny Beach on a couple of occasions, not impressed with the’boom boom’ bars that were frequented by lots of younger tourists- reminiscent of recent trips to Benidorm and Marmaris, constantly being invited to their pubs to drink their alcohol. St Vlas had a few bars and restaurants that were very nice but we had to walk around to find them, about 5-10 minutes from each other.
