“Beautiful View, Great Facilities, Perfect Location”

Nice apartment located very close to the sea. Clear rooms, large balcony. Good pool area and lovely garden. Tennis court and table tennis are also available for free use. Free parking. Friendly staff. I couldn't have asked for more.

Booking, check in and check out are very simple. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and spacious with an amazing view. The grounds are pleasant, well kept and secure. The property is within a few minutes walking distance from everything we wanted in Ravda, beach, water park, shops and restaurants. This is somewhere we would return to.

I highly recommend this place for vacation in Ravda. Great location - directly on the seaside, 30 metres walk. Not far (on car) from Nessebar just 10 min, Burgas airport and several supermarkets. and restaurants. The apartment is spacious and clean and has a magnificent terrace with sea views. We liked everything in the complex. Have stayed here on two occasions August 2019 and June 2020. And completely met our expectations for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Very nice and responsive staff. Everyone discreetly follows the regulations for distance due to the spread of Covid - 19. Always smiling and ready to help when needed. For my husband's birthday, because of our little daughter, who loves roses, they gave us a gorgeous bouquet of roses from the complex. A big gesture for us, for which we sincerely thank them.

Our apartment was decent, considering the price we paid, but the very high rating is rather deceiving. Everything in the room is pretty old, basic and cheap. The bed mattress was stained. Some of the towels were stained. Cleaning was superficial. Kitchen equipment was very old, there was no oven, only a microwave, no coffee maker either, only a water boiler. Only a few basic dishes, so if you plan to eat in, don’t. Plastic on the balconies, plastic at the pool, no space between the balconies, you can hear everything the neighbors talk. Our view was of the pool area, so nothing spectacular. (The view in A22 was splendid though). We had aircon in both the living room and bedroom, but we never used it, it wasn’t necessary. We had a clothes drier on the balcony and plenty hangers in the closet. There was a safe in one of the closets too. The pool is big and clean, it wasn’t heated, but it was ok. The unit description mentions a pool bar, but there was none. The outer space was well kept, nice and clean. There were 2 parking lots, so we had no problem finding parking space. The walkway on the beach side was rather rough and there was no lighting at all, so it was a bit challenging at night. What led the way, unfortunately, was the nauseating stench right outside the unit (I heard there were some sewing problems just before we arrived, so I don’t know if that’s always the case). The tourists were mostly locals in this area, it’s not like Sunny Beach or Nessebar, where you can hear all languages. Big plus for being pet friendly. All in all, we had a cute & relaxing holiday. We won’t be returning to Ravda, but it’s nice enough for short inexpensive getaway.
