“Lovely family holiday”
A wonderful experience for our entire family. Excellent location, polite, and helpful staff. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay. “One of greatest hotels in Bulgaria.”
Fresh and clean hotel with superb meals. Facility is renovated and looks fresh and clean. Pools are medium size, but not crowded. There was no pursuit at 6:00 am for sun beds reservations and there are at least 4 places to find some. Great aquapark (not so big and perfect for kids, even older ones)… more

“Could do better in the restaurant”
On arrival the hotel was lovely and clean. We were given a room on the top floor but the lifts were great and took only a few mins. Rooms are decent sizing and clean. “Busy, basic and loud”
So this place is average. It's certainly not luxury or anywhere near a 4 star as categorized. Pros: room clean, food fresh, German bar excellent! Slides good especially the rapids.
