I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at Kaliakra Beach Hotel. I spent a 7-night stay at this beautiful resort, located in a superb setting, right on the beach, where the direct access to the sea, the beautiful views, and the relaxing atmosphere contributed greatly to an unforgettable holiday. I can honestly say that the entire experience was far beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, everything was at a premium level, very well organized, and managed with great attention to detail. The hotel’s location directly on the seafront is a truly exceptional advantage. The combination of the beautiful beach, high-quality services, and the attention given to guests makes this resort an ideal destination for a complete and relaxing holiday experience. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Every detail contributed to creating a memorable vacation: the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the quality of the services, and above all, the hospitality of the entire team. The staff demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests. The level of service was exceptional, and every interaction made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The dining experience was also impressive. Every meal was diverse, fresh, and carefully prepared, offering a wide variety of options for every taste. I especially appreciated the variety of dishes, the organization of the meals, and the effort of the entire team to maintain a high standard throughout my stay. The restaurant service was efficient, and the pleasant atmosphere completed the overall experience. During my holiday, I had the pleasure of meeting two exceptional members of the hotel team who contributed greatly to making my experience even better. The first person I would like to mention is Putu, the bartender from Indonesia. From the very first interaction, he impressed me with his outstanding attitude, professionalism, and positive energy. No matter what time of the day it was, Putu always served guests with a big smile and an exemplary attitude. The way he interacted with guests made every moment spent at the bar more enjoyable. Putu truly made my holiday better through the simple way he approached his work. He is, without a doubt, one of the best bartenders I have ever met in a resort. His attention to detail, speed, kindness, professionalism, and passion for his work are rare qualities. He managed to create a premium service feeling and transformed a simple drink at the bar into a memorable experience. The second person I would like to highlight is Kristina. She also demonstrated exceptional professionalism, always serving me with a smile and a positive attitude. She stood out through her speed, efficiency, attention to detail, and dedication. She performed extremely well even during busy moments, always maintaining the same high quality of service. Throughout my stay, I was served by several bartenders, but Putu and Kristina were the ones who stood out the most. The cocktails prepared by them were the best, they worked extremely fast, and they consistently maintained a very high level of quality. I have nothing but words of appreciation and praise for these two extraordinary people. Through their professionalism, positive energy, and the way they treat every guest, they brought a premium, high-end level of service to the resort. They are exactly the kind of people who make the difference in a hotel and create experiences that guests remember. Regarding the extra activities, I would also like to congratulate the entire Animation Team. They created a wonderful atmosphere throughout the day, organizing activities for both children and adults. Their energy, involvement, and enthusiasm contributed to a more enjoyable and memorable experience for all guests. Overall, my stay at Kaliakra Beach Hotel was excellent and represented a complete holiday experience. I found here the perfect combination of a beautiful beachfront location, quality services, diverse food options, a pleasant atmosphere, and truly dedicated people.
