“Perfect place for the perfect relax”
Velingrad - the spa capital of the Balkans. It sounds cliché until you visit the Royal Spa Hotel. “The quality and service were poor for the charged price”
The room was dark and the air conditioning did not work. Breakfast and dinner were good. Big outside pool was clean and pleasant

“Not as good as expected”
The mere hotel is getting old- the rooms are not luxury at all, the spa needs renovation as well, the menu is short-listed. Too expensive for the provided quality and services. The hotel is trying to keep the Velingrade's price level, but it is nothing special.
