a massive hotel, probably remaining from the communistic era. I was there in August 2016, hardly any guests, but with friendly staff. The wifi was weak, but it worked. “cheap and old hotel”
If you don't have place to sleep this is the last place! Very old! Not clean, only for workers that must sleep somewhere, no matter where and they didin't pay. Their company pays! If you want to remember how it was 40 years ago, go there!
