Stayed from the 23rd to 29th December. From the moment we arrived staff where helpful and friendly the hotel is comfortable well presented extremely clean with lots of facilities. We had a suite on the 5th floor which was very well thought out to make you feel at home and in comfort. Breakfast was adequate A couple of days we had limited choice of mainly cold buffet and I think you could order eggs if you wished but on the whole for breakfast in Bulgaria at Christmas OK. On two nights We dinned in the restaurant we where the only people in the restaurant but the waiter was very professional and friendly . The standard and presentation of the meals was excellent it is a shame that the hotel was not busier to create a ambiance more in keeping with the very fine decor service and standard we received from the hotel. Spa. Again we used on two occasions there is a small charge which seems expensive 33 lev until you enter the spa area and see how good it is and the fact you can use the facilities for the whole day. One of the better spas we have been to the pool and hot tub are lovely. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel it is a bit out in the suburbs so you either need to drive or get taxis into the centre of Sofia public transport is a bit of a pain. Yes there is lots of security no bad thing for Sofia. We found the security people ok just doing there job. I do take other reviews point though it does seem odd to have such a large presence of security.

Excellent new hotel with all the facilities you would expect. All of the hotel was immaculately kept from the grounds right through to the rooms themselves. Hotel was very quiet and provided an excellent nights stop over. Room was very clean with all the little extras you would expect from a hotel of this star rating. Our room had a private outdoor area looking onto a roof top garden, and had a huge room service menu which looked good although we did not use. Continental style buffet breakfast was included in the price which was good, although not all that much variety on the hot food. Complimentary wifi in room was excellent and worked very well. Reception was ok with reasonable levels of English spoken by staff although when we arrived there was a cleaner on reception who spoke no English and had to go wake up the receptionist who was out back, felt a little awkward. Security seems to be taken very seriously at this hotel, all rooms have there own intercom with bell and camera. Outside the hotel is gated with security 24 hours a day. Was a little strange out front as there were quite a few tough looking men in black leather jackets outside the reception and in the car park, not sure who they were but seemed friendly enough and protected the van well enough. We were told the hotel is located in a relatively nice part of town with some very large houses nearby housing some wealthy individuals. Very nice hotel at an excellent price and would use again if visiting Sofia. Worth double checking how easy it is to get into Sofia Centre from the hotel though as we drove into town which seemed quite some distance!

Very kind staff, The breakfast was very good and we had a wonderfull time in The hotel. The hotel had everything, even a hairdresser. The rooms were very clean and The service was very good. “Cheap and chic”

This hotel is defenitly a 5-star hotel. Everything is great: the furniture, the dishes, the location, the wifi. The service was also very well, especially during the diner and at the reception. The next time I will visit Sofia i will defenitly rest in this hotel.
