“5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
We had the absolute best time here last week. We had a junior sweet with large balcony. Room equipped with toiletries, dressing gown, slippers. The hotel does have old decor but that gives it a very cosy feel. All staff polite, smiling and welcoming, food amazing, ski hire below hotel. We wou… more

“We will definitely be back”
We had a fantastic week in Borovets staying here. Our room was big and comfortable, the hotel was quiet but we appreciated that after a day skiing and plenty of breakfast choices every morning. “Mixed”
Mixed review. Lovely staff and breakfast great. Bedroom was supposed to be a junior suite with balcony but balcony tiny. Mattress was ancient and sagged badly. Housekeeping did get us a topper. Spa was lovely and pool.
