All the staff were excellent and professional. Special mention for the 2 Karina (Chef) and Daria ( waiting staff) who went above and beyond to accommodate.

“Crazy….no shower! Well done Perla enjoyed our stay”

If you are thinking about booking this hotel, I would say go for it! It’s spotlessly clean and generally a really really nice hotel. If you are thinking about booking this hotel, I would say go for it! It’s spotlessly clean and generally a really really nice hotel. The pancakes and slushies are fabulous, two of my must haves on holiday. There is no Nutella though which was a surprise, there is some sort of packet chocolate spread but it’s not that great. I nipped across the road to the supermarket and bought a jar for my breakfast pancakes! A few improvements that could be made to earn a 5 review score…. *bigger towels, the room towels and the pool towels are very small. * SHOWERS - There is shower outside by the pool, not great when you can’t rinse yourself before and after using the pool There is also no shower in or around the lobby area, so if you have a late flight home don’t expect to be able to have a shower after your last day by the pool. This actually baffled me, what hotel, especially a 4 star does not have a shower for guests to use on departure day. *reception staff - not very friendly and always so serious. Could smile more and be more happy and pleasant. Overall a great holiday at the Perla, excellent location and the most fabulous gelato just outside the front of the hotel. Not looking forward to heading home without a shower!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TUI Suneo Perla Hotel – Our Recent Stay We’ve just returned from the TUI Suneo Perla Hotel and overall, we had a lovely holiday and would definitely return. Check-in & rooms: Check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was a really good size and spotlessly clean. The cleaners came in every day, towels were changed daily and the bed linen was changed regularly. The rooms had everything we needed for our stay. Cleanliness: The whole hotel was kept absolutely sparkling clean. The cleaners worked incredibly hard and were literally down on their knees cleaning every corner — nothing was missed. 👏 Food: 🍽️ The food from breakfast through to the evening meal was amazing. There was a really good choice every day, with something for everyone. We certainly couldn’t complain about the food! Entertainment: 🎤 The daytime entertainment was okay. We didn’t stay for the evening entertainment, so unfortunately we can’t comment on that. A couple of complaints 1. Sunbed towels Our main complaint was regarding the glass collector, Nikka, removing towels from sunbeds far too quickly. We had to nip to the local chemist and, by the time we returned, our towels had been removed and our beds had been given to another Bulgarian family. We had only been away for around 40 minutes, despite the hotel having a sign stating that towels should only be removed after one hour. When we approached Nikka about this, his attitude was very disappointing. He was laughing throughout the conversation and didn’t seem to take our concerns seriously. Unfortunately, we then witnessed the same thing happening to another couple who were swimming in the pool, with their beds subsequently being given to another Bulgarian family. We also saw towels being removed on two other occasions while couples were eating lunch in the restaurant and taking part in activities with the reps. It really seemed as though towels were being removed without knowing how long the beds had actually been left, and this needs looking into. The hotel has a clear policy and we feel it should be applied fairly and consistently to all guests. 2. Late check-out Our second complaint is regarding the lack of facilities for guests with late flights. Guests have to leave their rooms by 12pm, but there are no dedicated shower facilities available to use after handing your key back. We had a late flight, so we paid €70 to keep our room until 6pm, subject to a room being available. We also weren’t given a receipt after paying the €70, which we found quite strange. It would be really helpful if the hotel could provide a proper shower/changing facility for guests who have late flights, rather than having to pay €70 simply to keep a room for a few extra hours. Overall ❤️ Despite these two issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to the TUI Suneo Perla Hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food is excellent and the cleaning staff work incredibly hard. We just feel that the two issues above need addressing, particularly the sunbed situation, so that future guests have an even better experience.
