A lovely 9 days at Voya Resort. Probably the best All Inclusive offering I’ve experienced, including the amount of food and drink available at all times. The variety of the food is great however the quality is probably no better than previous experiences in Greece and Spain. Why do all those little puddings all taste the same or are tasteless?! Bottled water available all day from all bars and restaurants. Very clean, rooms are nice. Staff were all pleasant. However, we were disappointed that checkout was 11 am, we weren’t being picked up by our transfer until 6 pm and there were no rooms available for a couple of hours to allow us to shower comfortably. We had to use the spa showers which were fine however no privacy screens and the hairdryer may as well not have been there it was so poor. I understand they are very busy in summer holidays however this should be normal practice in a five star ultra all-inclusive hotel considering what we paid. Both my husband and I had a lovely massage, however quite expensive for what we got. Slides and pool area really fun, the pool is on the cool side at this time of year probably because it’s so big. They could do with some more umbrellas around the pool area as you are relying on The large shutters around the pool for shade and sometimes you have to physically move your sunbed to another part of the pool just to get shade or sun. All in all had a great nine days, however would not recommend summer holidays for if you are looking for a quiet peaceful holiday. Constant music and dancing round the pool, a lot of young children so not ideal if you want full relaxation.

“Amazing experience”

We stayed for six nights. As a family that travels a lot we had no expectations. I was prepared that this will be the usual average summer holiday. In a hotel full of tourists. I would rate our overall experience as exceptional. I can’t even think about something that needs to be changed.

We stayed at Voya for the second time and definitely not the last! 🤍 The food is excellent: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Every meal felt like a treat. The service is outstanding- friendly, professional, and consistently attentive throughout our stay. One of the biggest advantages is that there are always plenty of available sunbeds, with no need to rush or “reserve” early in the morning. The evening shows are entertaining and well-produced, suitable for both kids and adults, so the whole family can enjoy. The alcohol is high-quality, which definitely adds to the overall experience. The beach is well-organized, clean, and very pleasant to spend time at. If we could change one small thing, it would be to make the pool water a bit more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic vacation - we will definitely be back again!

“Going down”

We have been there a couple of times, and they have seriously decreased the quality. Food is not at the same level (e.g. lack of fresh juices ) . Personnel is not aware of the services offered by the hotel. They don’t have an option for late check out. Likely our last visit at Voya!
