“Top place”
I have been to many hotels due my trips in Europe but this one have shown high five quality of service. On my mind there will be no other hotels in that city when I decide to return in the future. Kind staff, perfect location, clean rooms (and nice lobby bar). Keep on the good work!

“Very kind staff, great location, fair prices”
The staff in this hotel was SO nice! I spoke to 4 different ladies, all of them were professional, helpful and smiling. I got a VIP room for 60 BGN with a view over the town. Clean, comfortable. “Visit To see my house in Bulgaria”
A very nice hotel in the old town . Very clean hotel ,always very helpful staff . Restaurants close to hotel . Breakfast was good plenty to eat . I stayed here for a week ,as I checking on my house seeing how work progressing . If house is not finished I will be staying here again

“Decent Hotel - Great location, Fair price”
Stayed at this hotel in Veliko Tarnovo for 4 nights and got to say it meets its expectations when one refers to the tourist attractions, restaurants nearby. Hotel reception day & night staff polite and friendly. The room had a comfy bed, Would stay there again.
