“Wonderful experience”
Elitsa - very nice and kind. Her service was top tier! Highly recommended Cafe Panorma! Bulgarian beer is on another level!

“Loved the pool”
We arrived on a very hot day and had a couple of hours free. We explored the hotel and discovered the swimming pool, tucked away in the basement. There was no-one there so we had the most glorious time unwinding in the wonderful warm water. Big, old fashioned room with a balcony. We enjoyed our one… more

“a very very average stay with lot more desires.”
Spend one night at Panorama with not so pleasent experience. Quite a small lobby where 2-3 guest can stand without seating arrangement. Lobby bar is nearby that is part of bar. Only one laay at reception and one person to help just manage the show. Room allotted at -1 that is one floor below lobb… more

“Old hotel only for the views!”
An old hotel with good views. The rooms are dated, a few steps around the corridors to carry your luggage. The hotel smells of smoke and needs a renovation to continue to charge for the view only.
