A lovely hotel in heart of Siem Reap, only 5 min walk to Pub Street and near to markets and shops. Location was main reason we chose this. We had a family suite which turned out to be two adjacent rooms at the end of a corridor. One was a suite and one was a standard room, bed was super comfortable , AC was a little temperamental but worked , very clean , shower great , well equipped room with lovely balcony , really enjoyed relaxing in the room. Breakfast was though a little more average than I expected but it was adequate but not hugely anticipated after first night, we ate at the Japanese restaurant attached which was fine and drank at the flock bar , where muffins and pastries were really good. We used the bigger pool , there are two and this was a lot of fun and very enjoyable . We were able to relax here and it was a great way to end our trip and massages were used as well which allow some of us to destress

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We were fortunate to be upgraded to the hotel’s largest room as we were there in low season. The room was huge with a lounge area and a long balcony. The bathroom was also large. The housekeeping staff ere excellent too. There are 2 pools, the one on the rooftop getting full sun so the water was very warm when we were there in May. The second pool gets some shade so the water temperature was perfect! We thought the location was perfect - an easy 5-7 minute walk to pub street and the old market, but far enough away that it’s not noisy at night. There are also lots of restaurants and massage spas close to the hotel (in the opposite direction) to pub street and we found these restaurants better value than those in pub street. A restaurant we would recommend is the Golden Pumpkin - we ate here 3 times due to the quality of the food and lovely garden area. We also recommend Lemongrass Garden for a massage, just around the corner from the Aviary Hotel. The only improvement we would suggest for the hotel is flipping/turning the mattress or replacing as ours was soft. Will definitely stay here again as staff are so friendly and location perfect. “Good hotel very near Angkor Wat”

Great rooms with good air conditioning - helpful when the temperature is 37C ( around 97.6 F if you’re from the US). An easy distance from Angkor Wat - go very early for sunrise and before it gets very hot - and come back for the lovely buffet breakfast.

“A gem in the heart of the city”

This hotel is a little gem right in the heart of Siem Reap. We loved it. Two great pools, decent breakfast and lovely helpful staff. We were there during Khmer new year celebrations and that was really fun. Would recommend staying here.
