This a great hotel with very comfortable beds and light open rooms. It seems pretty new so has very effective air-conditioning. This a great hotel with very comfortable beds and light open rooms. It seems pretty new so has very effective air-conditioning. The hotel is one street off the beach, with a few options for dining along there. The area itself is a bit sad, obviously planning to be a major tourist area but with very few around and many half built or empty developments. I swam at the beach though, in very nice water and had a couple of good meals.

We booked two rooms to stay overnight en route to an island. It is unfair to review the hotel on the infrastructure of Sinhanoulville, however, it cannot be ignored. The taxi ride from the airport is one never to forget and is hugely impactive, many road no longer exist. We arrived late and the hotel did not appear s the publicity pictures depicted. The area outside is festooned with building rubbish and waste. The reception was open air and we were quickly shown to our rooms. Both rooms were on the ground floor and overlooked the pool. The modern concept is fine and practical. No frills. Mini bar, thin towels, but a very comfy bed. The next morning we went for breakfast on the beach. The place looked so much better in the sunshine. I had the freshly made chicken soup, it was excellent. I didn't have anything else. The beach could be fantastic, but the plastic and surrounding rubbish is criminal. The staff were very nice and engaging. The area is being strangled and you have to ask why you are visiting Sihanoukville? Until the government invest in infrastructure, then this area will crumble under the pressures of the construction of Chinese casinos.
