“Incredibly helpful!”
We got there and had accidentally booked for March instead of February. The owner was so nice! He got us a room to sleep in for the night and told us that he would fully refund us for the March dates. The rooms were very clean and spacious! Would highly recommend!

“Excellent option for the area”
Stayed here 5 nights. Comfy bed, nice and understanding staff, nice pool, great AC (and a working generator, thank God), excellent location at the start of the village and close to a large, nice and peaceful stretch of beach. “Ideal for a few nights’ stay in Sihanoukville ”
Nice and clean, simple rooms. Bed was really comfy and shower warm! Had a smaller room than some of the photos shown but we had enough space. Not too far from the beach. Staff friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to others.

This place is so nee that many of the tuk-tuk drivers don't know where it is. It is in Otres Village just off the main paved road; right around a corner and near a new hotel that is being built.
