“Efficient use of space”
Small clean room with all required commodities. Effective room service even if food is not exceptional. The breakfast buffet is OK. The reception desk is very helpful, giving good guidance on how to discover the town of Douala. My one night stopover was very good.

“Business Trip to Cameroon”
The Hotel was avarage, the lift was not working when I arrived, but was working again when I came back 2 weeks later. The staff were helpful. Food in the restuarent was ok, and breakfeast was also ok. Room had AC and a mini fridge, plus aTV, but mainly Frence langauge. Overall it was adequate.

“Typical hotel in poor Africa ”
The hotel is typical for poor African countries. In Europe 1 star. At least You have a bad with clean bedsheets and aircon. Restaurant serves poor food and the service is very unpleasant and unfriendly. Anyway it is one of the best in town - at least safe

I found the main reception of this hotel rather normal. It was just business for the staff, they didn't seem to want to create great experience. My room was ok, could have been better.
