“All you need for a comfortable stay in Douala”
I like the comfort of the room, and personel are very nice , Breakfast very good with plenty of choice , especially fresh fruits, salads, french pastries. “Good but…”
Location is good! Atmosphere is friendly and safe rooms were clean and good but the television didn’t work . Also the breakfast was not fresh for the kind of money we pay we expect better quality. My daughter got stuck in the elevator . Overall it’s a good hotel but services could be better !

“A nice and safe hotel in Douala for foreigners”
The peoples in the reception desk and room service were professionnel and nice The hotel is clean and well located. 3 differents restaurants with excellent service. The laundry service was awful. My shirts were very poorly ironed. They must fix the A/C in the gym. It was very hot.

“Business week as Douala”
The room was cleaned as requested. The bed linen and bathroom were clean. There were some problems with the Wi-Fi connection. The shower head was damaged. The safe was not working, nor was the minibar. The breakfast was full of options, included salad and, mixed eggs.

“Not so bad but not so good either”
It’s wasn’t bad we actually had a good time but it’s too pricey when it’s just look normal and u have to pay extra for breakfast you are given no food. You are not Allo to swim in their pool after 10:00pm alist their employees were very polite……..
