“Excellent all round”
Spent 3 nights here at the end of a Canada roadtrip, thoroughly impressed. Great staff, really well appointed hotel. “Last minute accommodation decision”
Last minute decision to find accommodation in Banff. Found Buffalo Mountain Lodge and were very impressed with everything. Exceptional accommodation. Attention to details was excellent. Even though we didn't use any of the facilities, they looked great and the staff were a delight to deal with.

“Good location and food. Housekeeping needs improvement.”
Lovely location. Very good restaurant with good quality food for a very reasonable price. Excellent service. Rooms tired in places and not cleaned thoroughly. Staff did not respond to complaint and request for room to be cleaned.
