“great place, stay on Concierge floors nicer, with view, understand parking, elevators all will be well, try restauratn”

“Faded but fantastic staff”
Yes it’s a little tired but the excellent staff are a treat. We stayed in a “refurbished” concierge room, although we don’t know when it was refurbished. “Awesome staff”
3 star for hotel . 5 + stars for staff. Room was clean, basic. The staff concierge and front desk were amazing. Especially the concierge he went above and beyond. The front desk were friendly and efficient. Without a doubt we would stay here again.
