“The employees are exceptional”
We were there for a conference and arrived late. Ibrahim was outstanding! I cannot express how amazing this individual was and how he impacted our trip. I would highly recommend staying here. Was treated great and the experience overall was great. Definitely worth coming to it's nice to have a place to go and put your bags after you're done shopping in the mall and just being able to go straight back out without going to the car or back to a differ… more

“Nice little anniversary getaway”
Our room was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and modern. Loved the Polynesian theme. We ordered up wine and snacks from room service and were impressed by the fast, friendly service and felt they went above and beyond. Check out was super quick and easy.

“awesome stay”
One night stay with kids for shopping, wonderful stay, totally recommend staying inside the mall at this hotel, so cool to be there after stores close, up early in morning before general population arrives, and the safety of staying right in mall was awesome.

“Dated room, needing update”
One day getaway with my husband. The Polynesian room was dated, tired. Needs an update. A little deflating . Very loud ac or furnace in the room. Would not stay in that room again. It was nice to be in the mall we caught a movie and did some shopping
