“Good experience. Gets the job done with care”

Overall, it's pretty convenience and has all the basic amenities. We had a suite for a night and while I do agree that the pillows could be better and the washrooms need an upgrade, the overall experience was good. Shout out to Palak at front desk. Came here recently for a personal medical trip Which turned out to be a fairly comfortable experience. Booked a two bedroom suite which actually was quite reasonably priced and had excellent views over the surrounding streets. customer service upon check in was friendly And efficient, About the only thing I could say that would be improved by this place would be that the pillows were quite thin... not very comfortable and could probably use with replacement or upgrade. this hotel will be a fairly remote feeling property If you do not have a vehicle on a surrounded by major highways and roads of Edmonton S. But I'd be happy to stay here again

“Not up to Marriott standards”

I spent 10 days away from home recently, the first 5 in a Marriott in Spokane, the second 5 were here. This experience was significantly substandard and certainly not worth $180/night. Corners were cut in several places leading to a general feeling of cheapness and carelessness. Charger ports by the bed do not work. The USB ports had no charge and the plug ins themselves cannot support a charger so I had to prop my CPAP on a chair instead of the night table. While they apologized they didn’t rectify this. The hot tub jets are broken, but there is no signage about this and the buttons nearby just don’t do anything. When you call for service they played with the buttons and then just said “sorry it doesn’t do that.” Sheets didn’t fit the bed. The fittedsheet was clearly coming off the corner of the bed and didn’t stretch across the mattress (which was showing stains) The room had a musty smell and the curtains were very dirty The hair dryer is set to cold Instead of waiting for us to check by the front desk for maintenance (as we’d previously arranged) the staff interrupted us while getting ready. They literally called the room phone at 9am and said “your do not disturb sign is on the door and he wants to come in.”
