“Comfy beds and friendly staff”
Hotel staff were wonderful and friendly. Jasper is beautiful and the hotel suits it perfectly. Spent some time in pub adjoining it, also lovely and friendly staff. Best of all the bed was so comfortable.

“Smelly room”
Great enough hotel. BUT, after a day trip with the rail trail group, came back to a musty smelling room. Turns out, likely the air filter in the ac unit. Will report in the morning.
