“Efficient, clean, welcoming.”
Only stayed one night as we were on a road trip. Quick efficient checkin with hot cookies provided on arrival & the were gorgeous! Decent room with coffee making facilities & a nice bathroom. Lovely staff.

Comfortable overnight stay. Complimentary ’The DoubleTree Cookie’ offered on check-in. Delicious 😋. Good location, within easy walking distance to park and waterfront.

“Great experience”
Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, staff were friendly. Would definitely consider staying here again!

“Poor service to customers on Mountaineer train”
No bar or restaurant service. As part if the Mountaineer train journey we arrived at Kamloops at about 9pm. Most people were ready for a snack or meal but unfortunately the restaurant was closed.
