“A Warm Welcome in a Big City”
If you need to spend time in Vancouver, this is a great choice for a hotel. “Welcoming”
The staff here were welcoming, kind and helpful. We arrived early our first stay (2 different nights a week apart) and were offered to have our bags stored in a secure location as well as offered water and coffee. “Hotel good, staff good, food terrible”
Hotel clean, staff friendly, rooms comfortable however Culinary very poor both dinner and breakfast unfortunately the worst to date, thank fully Restaurants very close- ideal hotel for airport and 1 night stay however if you want to be able eat in suggest another venue
