“Great front staff, terrible rooftop!”
The front desk staff were fantastic! Kiti and Mako were amazing! I was traveling with my special needs daughter and they bought her a cute coloring book and gave it to her at check-in. “Definitely recommend”
The entire staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The staff provided some excellent recommendations regarding what to see and where to go. “Great service, nice hotel”
We enjoyed our stay and were particularly pleased that the Parker offers a free shuttle to the cruise terminal. Wagner was especially helpful and is a real asset to the hotel. If we’re in Vancouver again in the future, we will definitely be staying at the Parker.
