“Exceptional Service”
We are in awe with their service and hospitality. My daughter wanted to surprise me for my birthday and it was an easy peasy it was communucating with their guest service. “Treat Yourself”
The Fairmont is magic. We upgraded to the concierge level for the food and service. It actually saves money on breakfast, snacks, and dinner. It was Christmas and very busy, but the service and room were impeccable. Our second time there. My only complaint was the bathroom was too small.

“5 star service”
The hotel is very clean, bed super comfortable and the staff has been incredible. From reception to concierge, restaurants and room management staff. It has been 5 star service throughout my visit.
