This magnificent, imposing hotel is right on the harbour where the cruise ships come in and we saw an awful lot of cruise ship passengers in the hotel. “Room with a View”
We had a brief stay, but very pleasant. Comfortable room with a waterfront view. Breakfast was great - was one of the nicest hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. Great location across from the cruise terminal.

“Top Location”
The main attraction for us was staying here as this was the starting point for an organised tour. Food was expensive and good, not great. Large room.

The hotel is in a great location but it desperately needs a facelift. The staff is lovely but the rest of the hotel fails to impress. The rooms are old and the bathrooms are even older.
