“Great service”
Always such good friendly service . It has become my go to Vancouver hotel even though its location is not quite as good for me as other hotels . Cant be beaten for friendly on the ball service

“Lovely Property, great location”
Spent 10 days between conference and holiday so the high floor water view definitely worth it. King room was good size with decent bathroom and large walk in shower . “Great launch location for Vancouver.”
A very nice hotel in a great location. The hotel feels open and fresh. The rooms are large and airy. Bathroom is good size too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good. Close to Granville Island by ferry and a 20 min. walk to downtown.
