“Personal Hotel Service in Residence-like Rooms”
Our family of four had a comfortable and pleasant stay in the one-bedroom Signature suite. Although the room was smaller than expected, the full kitchen and washer/dryer were helpful for our stay. “a great stay in downtown Vancouver”
The staff was particularly delightful and helpful. The rooms were lovely and housekeeping kept them in great shape. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere in the Orangerie rooms.

“How hospitality should be!”
Large room, great amenities, warm, accommodating and wonderful staff. We brought our two dogs and they even set up two dog amenities-two dog bowls, a treat and a toy. So cute!

“Rest and World Cup Games!”
Loved it all! Lucia was incredibly helpful, fun and excellent in the restaurant lounge area. The patio and pool is divine. And the rooms are perfect, well equipt, with on-time efficient housekeeping daily. We will be back! xo
